How this works: Fill in all five tabs, then click Generate PDF at the bottom. The
PDF is designed so any reviewer can understand the full relationship within 10 minutes — cover, personal
statements, weakness self-check, timeline, and evidence index all in one document.
The Couple
PDF Options
If included, both parties sign the declaration
before submitting. Check whether your jurisdiction requires specific wording, witnessing, or
notarisation.
Relationship Status
Leave blank if not applicable. If divorced,
attach decree absolute.
Any previous relationship must have permanently
ended.
Why personal statements matter: A well-written statement explains the timeline evidence,
addresses gaps, and shows the relationship is genuine — not just on paper. Write as though you're explaining
to a reviewer who knows nothing about you. Be specific, consistent with your evidence, and avoid vague phrases
like "we love each other."
Sponsor's Statement
Person already in destination
country
Answer each section honestly and in your
own words. Aim for 2–4 sentences per section. Reviewers look for specific detail — dates, places, names —
not generic declarations.
Attach signed statement
letter (PDF, JPG or PNG —
optional)
Applicant's Statement
Person applying for the visa
The applicant's statement should be
consistent with the sponsor's but written independently in their own voice. Matching word-for-word can raise
suspicion — same facts, different phrasing.

Reference codes: Each entry gets a code like
FLT-001. Rename
your files to match — e.g. FLT-001_booking-confirmation.pdf — and submit them in a labelled folder
alongside the PDF.
Contact Calendar: Log daily communication with the applicant — WhatsApp, Signal, video calls,
voice
calls, in-person visits. This data is included as a Communication Record section in the main PDF: a
heatmap
per year and a monthly summary table. No separate PDF needed.

Timeline Checker: This checker reviews your current entries and highlights areas to consider
before exporting. It is an organizational aid only — not legal advice and not an assessment of your
application's strength or eligibility.
This is a live preview of the evidence index page that will appear in your PDF. Every entry
and attachment is listed here with its reference code so any reviewer can find any document instantly.
