The applicant's statement should be consistent with the sponsor's but written independently in their own voice. Matching word-for-word can raise suspicion — same facts, different phrasing.

Reference codes: Each entry gets a code like
FLT-001. Rename your files to match — e.g. FLT-001_booking-confirmation.pdf — and submit them in a labelled folder alongside the PDF.
Contact Calendar: Log daily communication with the applicant — WhatsApp, Signal, video calls, voice
calls, in-person visits. This data is included as a Communication Record section in the main PDF: a heatmap
per year and a monthly summary table. No separate PDF needed.
