The problem

When a couple applies for a partner or family visa, one of the hardest parts isn't the relationship itself — it's proving it. Governments require evidence that a relationship is genuine: flight records, accommodation bookings, money transfers, photos, communication logs, personal statements. That evidence is usually scattered across emails, apps, bank accounts, and phone storage, accumulated over months or years.

The standard approach is to manually hunt down documents, rename files, write statements from scratch, and somehow assemble it all into a coherent submission. It's time-consuming, stressful, and easy to miss things — especially when both partners are in different countries, working from different devices, with different pieces of the evidence.

Why this tool was built

This tool was built out of direct experience with that process. The goal was simple: make it possible for both partners to contribute their evidence independently, combine it, and generate a structured, professional document — without needing a solicitor to organise it for them.

Rather than a blank document or a generic checklist, this builder walks through each category of evidence, flags potential weaknesses, and produces a PDF formatted the way reviewers actually read submissions — with a cover, personal statements, timeline, calendar, and index all in one place.

Who it's for

This tool is designed for any couple going through a visa or immigration application — regardless of nationality, gender, or relationship type. It works for partner visas, spousal visas, family visas, and similar applications where evidence of a genuine relationship is required.

It is not a legal service. It does not give advice on which visa to apply for, whether an application will succeed, or how to respond to a refusal. For those questions, a qualified immigration solicitor is the right person to speak to. What this tool does is take the document organisation burden off the couple so they can focus on the parts that actually require human judgment.

Privacy & how data is handled

Everything entered into the builder stays on the user's device. No data is transmitted to any external server, no accounts are created, and nothing is tracked. The PDF is generated by a locally bundled server that processes the data and returns the file immediately — nothing is stored or logged.

Save files (.reb) are downloaded to the user's device and can be shared between partners directly — by email, WhatsApp, or any other means. The merge tool combines them in the browser without any data leaving the device.
