Fill in your details

Start in the About You tab. Enter both partners' names, the relationship start date, the applicant's country of residence, and your visa application reference number if you have one. This information appears on the cover page and throughout the PDF, so get it right before you go further.

Write your personal statements

Go to the Statements tab. Each partner writes their own account — how you met, how the relationship developed, how you stay in contact, and your plans for the future. Guided prompts help you cover the points reviewers look for. You can also attach supporting letters from witnesses such as family members or friends.

Add your evidence to the timeline

The Timeline tab is the core of the pack. Add an entry for every piece of evidence — flights, accommodation bookings, bank transfers, photos, and anything else that documents the relationship. Each entry is assigned a reference code automatically. Use Batch upload to drop multiple files at once; each file becomes its own entry.

Log your contact history

Switch to the Contact Calendar tab. Mark every day you were in touch — video calls, voice calls, messages, or in-person visits. You can import a WhatsApp or Signal export file to fill the calendar in automatically. Accommodation and flight dates you've already added to the timeline appear as overlays so you can see at a glance where the visits fall.

Work on it together with the Merge Tool

Both partners can fill in the builder independently on their own devices. Save your progress as a .reb file from the builder menu and send it to your partner — by email, WhatsApp, or any other way. When you're both ready, use the Merge Tool to combine the two files. Timeline entries and calendar data merge automatically; any conflicts are surfaced for you to resolve manually.

Generate and download your PDF

When you're happy with everything, click Generate PDF. The PDF is built locally and returned to your browser immediately — nothing is stored on any server. The finished document contains a cover page, both personal statements, the chronological timeline with embedded evidence, a contact calendar, an attachment gallery, and a full evidence index with reference codes ready to match against your physical files.
